Pricing
Free: No charge Council Pro (Early Bird): ¥2,480/month (tax incl.) / $15/month (USD) — First 100 seats only Council Pro (Standard): ¥3,300/month (tax incl.) / $20/month (USD) * JPY prices based on 1 USD ≈ ¥150, incl. 10% Japanese consumption tax. The invoiced currency, tax-inclusive display, and amount shown at Stripe checkout and on invoices take precedence.

Payment timing
Credit card payments are charged at checkout. Subscription renewals are charged at the recurring billing milestones shown by Stripe/your invoices. Cancellation through the Customer Portal is typically honored at period end depending on Stripe’s processing; timing of the next renewal charge depends on Stripe and your billing settings.
Timing of provision
This is an online SaaS. You can start using eligible features promptly after checkout completes, assuming a normal internet connection; the practical “delivery/timing” of the service corresponds to availability of eligible online functionality in your account.
Billing period and cancellation
• Paid plans are generally offered as automatically renewing subscriptions (monthly/yearly billing as shown at checkout). • To cancel, use Stripe Billing Customer Portal (linked from within the Service where applicable). What you see in the cancellation flow follows Stripe’s rules and UI. • If you cancel, you retain access consistent with paid features until the end of the billing period you already paid for, after which your account may downgrade to non-paid tiers as processed by Stripe. • We do not refund paid periods except as described below under Returns and cancellations (no pro‑rata/partial refunds for mid‑period cancellations). Separate rules may apply if you terminate your entire account.
Returns and cancellations
Because this service consists of digital content and online services, we generally do not offer refunds after payment.
We do not refund fees for unused time remaining in a paid billing period if you cancel mid-term, cancel at period-end, or after service has commenced. Exceptions may apply for duplicate charges, clear system failures, or other circumstances we approve—decided case by case.

We recommend using the latest or a recent stable version of major web browsers (Chrome, Edge, Safari, etc.). We do not guarantee operation outside recommended environments.
